Find the correction guidance

  1. Open the VAT overview.

  3. Open What if I find a mistake after filing?

Cybooks assesses the net VAT impact of a filed-period correction. An error at or below €1,708.60 can be carried into the next return within the three-year window. A larger error, or a VAT correction outside that window, is blocked and recorded for a Tax For All Taxpayer Enquiry.

The ceiling applies to the net VAT impact, not the document’s gross amount. Reading this guidance does not change a filed return or submit an enquiry. If a correction is blocked, review the recorded reason with the person responsible for your tax filings rather than trying to unlock the filed period.
