Start a new bill
Open Bills and navigate to the bill-creation screen without saving or posting a bill.
Use Bills to open a new bill draft. Vendor access is required because the bill form uses the permission-gated vendor list.
Start a bill
- Open Bills.
- Select New bill.
- Confirm that the bill-creation screen opens.
Opening the creation screen does not save or post a bill.
