Start a new credit note
Open Credit Notes and navigate to the credit-note creation screen without saving or posting a credit note.
Use Credit Notes to open a new credit note draft. Customer access is required because the credit-note form loads the customer picker.
Start a credit note
- Open Credit Notes.
- Select Add Credit Note.
- Confirm that the credit-note creation screen opens.
No credit note is saved, allocated, refunded, or posted by opening the creation screen.
