Review the company Audit Trail

Audit Trail is the company-wide Activity Log. Use it to review recorded actions without changing the history.

1. Open Audit Trail.
2. Use Action, Entity type and Log category to narrow the activity list.
3. Review the matching rows and move through the pages as needed.

The activity rows are immutable records. Download requires a separate export permission; being able to read the log does not automatically allow exporting it. If you cannot find an event, clear overly narrow filters before requesting help, and avoid sharing private activity details outside the people who need them.
