Review AI Knowledge skills and files

AI Knowledge separates Skills from Files used in your company’s knowledge area.

Review the available material

1. Open AI Knowledge in Settings.
2. Review Skills for the available skill entries.
3. Switch to Files to review the company’s knowledge-file list.

Opening the lists does not upload material or send it to an AI service. Files can contain private company information, so confirm the intended workspace before adding or changing material. Publishing a skill, editing a description and archiving a file are separate actions; this overview covers finding the lists.
