Review imported Shopify orders
Inspect the Shopify order register separately from payout accounting.
Open Shopify orders for the connected store.
Review the imported orders and their payment gateway attribution. Orders and payouts represent different views of the store activity; an order in this register does not by itself show that a payout has been posted or reconciled.
If No Shopify orders yet appears, no imported orders are available in the current view. Check the connection and import state. Use View payouts when you need the payout register. Opening either view does not create orders or post journals.
