Review directors and shareholders
Find related-party records and inspect their roles, ownership and status.
Use Directors & shareholders in Settings to review the people recorded for the company.
- Open Settings, then Directors & shareholders.
- Search for the person you need.
- Review the name, role, tax ID, ownership, tax status and record status shown in the list.
The page reads the related-party list and summary. An empty list means no matching records are shown; it does not establish whether the company's legal records are complete. Check the search and company before adding a person.
Adding a person, changing tax status and archiving a record are separate actions. A missing edit or archive control may reflect your access. Ask the responsible administrator to confirm the correct person and intended change.
