Users
Invite a user
To invite a user, click the Invite user button.
You only have to enter the email of the user you want to invite and select a role. After click the Invite button at the top right to send an invitation email to the user.
Each invited user will be shown within the user's overview with an Invited badge.
Cancel user invite
To cancel a user invite, just click the delete icon next to the user you've invited that you want to cancel.
Edit a user
Within the user card, click the little edit icon to open the detail view of a user.
Roles
In the Roles section, you have the ability to create distinct user roles and designate their access permissions for different areas within the Cybooks Admin.
Creating New Roles
By clicking the Create Role button, you will open the form for creating new roles. In the first step, you need to enter the basic information. Provide a meaningful name and a brief description for the role. This information will be displayed in the role overview.
Authorizations
The permissions section is the core of the roles. Here, you define which permissions users assigned to this role will have. All areas of the Cybooks Admin are listed for this purpose. For each area, you can specify the exact permissions this role will have or not have.
