Within the Text Template settings, you're able to adjust the text for your document and also emails.
Click the three dots next to a text template to be edit it
Within each text template you're also able to use placeholders. Placeholders are variables that will dynamically pull information from various entities.
Using a placeholder
If you want to output for example the VAT ID of your customer on the footer note of your invoice, just click the VAT ID and click the Insert button at the bottom right.
You can then use the placeholder to write your custom text, for example:
Your VAT ID: [% VAT_ID %]
Invoice
When you now create an invoice, you will see your custom text within the footer content of each invoice.
The placeholders will be replaced with the actual value after you've created the invoice.
