Upload Files
To upload your document like a bill or an expense go to Document Extraction -> Inbox.
At the top right corner click on Upload documents.
βWithin the slideout menu you can drag and drop your documents, or just click it to be able to select a document from your computer.

In Processing
After you've uploaded a file, your document will automatically be put into the In Processing state.
Inside this view you can see all your documents that are currently processed by Cybooks.
After a document has been processed, it will automatically be put into the next status which is To Review.
To Review
All documents that has been processed will show within the To Review view. You also see here a status column with a hint if something couldn't be extracted and you have to manually adjust the document.
Click on the item to open the detail view of the document.
Document Detail view
Inside the detail view you see all fields that has been extracted from your document. Sometimes not all fields can be identified from the invoice - Or there might be some missing historical classification from you.
In our case the Chart of Account is missing and needs to be completed.
So we need to manually select a chart of account for this document. Let's select Software in our case.
Move to Ready
After all required fields has been filled, you can move your document to the ready state. Click Move to Ready at the top to move your document into the Ready state.
Ready
Inside the Ready status, we have all documents that has been reviewed and are ready to be created within Cybooks as a transaction - Or Bill/Expense.
Select your documents and click the button Add to purchases.
This will create the final bill and transaction within Cybooks.
Purchases
Bill
You can now open the Purchases menu and click Bill to open the Bill view. You should now see the extracted document as a transaction within Cybooks.
