Connect a bank account

To connect a bank account in Cybooks, open the Bookkeeping menu item on the left. After, select Bank Accounts. At the top right corner, you have the button Add Bank Account.

Within the bank overview you can see all banks that we support right now. If you don't find your bank listed, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Next: Select your bank.

A modal will opening with some details about how the bank connection works. Agree to the end user terms of service and click the button Connect now to connect your bank account.

You'll be forwarded to our partner GoCardless, follow the steps to connect your bank to Cybooks.

Create a manual bank account

You can also create a manual bank account - for example if you want to create a petty cash account.

To do so, click the Add without bank feed button.

Next fill out all required details and select an account type. You can choose between:

  • Bank

  • Cash on Hand

  • Credit Card

After just click the button Add Account at the bottom right and your manual bank account is created.
