You will always know how your business is doing. Your accountant prepares regular reports so you can see your income, expenses and overall financial health at a glance.
Quarterly reports
Every 3 months, you receive three key reports:
Profit and loss - How much your business earned and spent during the period, and whether you made a profit or a loss
Balance sheet - What your business owns (like cash and equipment) and what it owes (like loans and unpaid bills) at a specific point in time
Cash flow - Where your cash came from and where it went, so you can see whether cash is building up or running low
Tip: You can also see your financial data in real time by logging into cybooks. The dashboard shows your current cash position, outstanding invoices and profit overview.
Monthly reports
If you prefer to see your numbers every month instead of every quarter, that is included too. Just let your accountant know and they will send you monthly reports.
Half-yearly management review
Twice a year, your accountant prepares a more detailed review of how your business is performing. This looks at trends, compares periods and highlights anything you should pay attention to. You discuss it together in a scheduled meeting.
Year-end financial statements
At the end of each financial year, your accountant prepares your company's official financial statements. These follow international accounting standards (called IFRS), which is the format required by Cyprus law. These statements are what the auditor reviews and what you file with the authorities.
Business review meetings
Your subscription includes regular meetings with your accountant:
Every quarter - A check-in to review your financial performance, flag anything that needs attention, and answer your questions
Every 6 months - A deeper session to review trends, discuss your plans and make sure your finances support where you want to take the business
