Cybooks is available in multiple languages. You can switch your interface language at any time from your profile settings.

How to Change Your Language
1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
2. Select Profile Settings
3. Locate the Language dropdown
4. Select your preferred language
5. The interface updates immediately - no need to save or refresh
What Changes
When you switch languages, the following elements update:
Navigation menus and buttons
Form labels and placeholders
System messages and notifications
Date and number formatting
What Stays the Same
Your business data (invoices, contacts, transactions)
Custom field names you've created
Imported documents and attachments
Data entered by you or your team
Per-User Setting
Language preference is set per user account. Each team member can choose their own preferred language without affecting others.
Troubleshooting
The language didn't change
Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.
Some text is still in English
Certain technical terms or newly added features may temporarily appear in English. We continuously expand our translations.
