How to export invoices or bills
Go to the Expenses or Bills section from the main menu.
Use filters if needed to narrow down the list (e.g. by date, status, or customer).
Select the invoices or bills you want to export.
Click Export at the top right.
Choose your preferred format – Excel per row or .zip.
Your download will be prepared and is available within the download center
What’s included in the export?
Excel: You’ll get a structured spreadsheet with all key details like invoice numbers, dates, amounts, tax, and status.
ZIP: A neatly organized folder structure containing all documents that were attached to the transactions. These are sorted by year, transaction type (e.g. bills), and individual transaction IDs - making it easy to find and reference the original files.
Tip
Need to export everything for your accountant? Use the date filter to export a full month or quarter in just a few clicks.
