Change the transaction number sequence

Adjust or change the number sequence of an invoice, quote and more

Change the default number sequence

  1. Click on your user card at the bottom left, then select Settings.

  2. Click System settings.

  3. Search for transaction type - for example Invoice - and click the edit icon to edit the sequence settings.

  4. Change the format or the next number to your needs

  5. Click Save Settings.
